This notice supplements our existing privacy policy, which identifies the controller and explains your privacy rights and contact options.

Google Ads measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure completed Early Access purchases and help optimise advertising campaigns. The recipient is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google may also process data through Google LLC in the United States. When permitted, the Google tag can receive your IP address, browser/device information, page URL, advertising click identifiers and advertising cookies. A completed-purchase event contains the transaction identifier, actual purchase amount and currency. We verify the purchase against the payment-confirmed entitlement before reporting it. We do not send your email, account profile, goals, habits or personal action content for customer matching. Remarketing and customer-matching features are not enabled by this implementation.

Consent and withdrawal

Your choices are managed by our consent tool provided by prive.eu. The Google Ads tag and purchase events stay off until you accept the "DoubleClick/Google Marketing" category. We do not send cookieless purchase events when advertising measurement is refused.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings, also linked in the site footer. Your separate purchase cancellation acknowledgement is not advertising consent.

Storage

A permitted purchase temporarily stores its transaction reference in this tab for up to one hour while payment confirmation arrives. A local sent marker and Google’s transaction identifier help prevent duplicate reporting. Google advertising cookies, where allowed, can persist according to Google’s cookie settings. No advertising measurement is a condition of buying or using AXIOM OS.
